Shipping Policy

• Pre-order items are shipped within 1-3 business days of the available date provided in the listing.
• Live Plants ship on Mondays, sometimes Tuesdays. Read our Live Plant shipping policy here.

Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

• USPS - our preferred carrier. Most orders are shipped USPS
• UPS
  
• We may choose an alternate carrier to provide a better shipping price, or for international orders.

Order Tracking

When a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

Our preferred carrier is USPS.

Shipping costs are calculated based on your order weight and location. You'll see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will let you know immediately. We generally will ship the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

International Shipping & Import Restrictions

Some of our products — including tinctures, salves, flower essences, and teas — may be subject to import restrictions, customs regulations, or prohibition in certain countries. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that their order complies with all local laws and import regulations prior to purchasing.

By placing an international order, you acknowledge that leehouse.co is not responsible for orders that are held, seized, returned, or destroyed by customs authorities. We are unable to issue refunds for orders refused or confiscated at customs due to local import restrictions.

We do our best to accurately calculate and collect applicable duties and taxes at checkout so there are no surprise fees at delivery. However, customs processing times and final determinations by local authorities are outside of our control.
