Live Plant Shipping Policy

Live Plants are shipped to the domestic US only.

  • Live plants ship on Mondays and Tuesdays via USPS Priority Mail. This ensures your plant will arrive safely and reduce exposure to extreme temperatures. Orders for live plants placed after 11pm Sunday may not ship until the following week. Please note shipping estimates before you place your order. 

Before You Order Live Plants

  • Check your weather - we recommend that you do not order during extended cold or hot weather. We can not be responsible for plants that are damaged due to weather.
  • You are responsible for following your state laws re: the shipment of live plants. Please make sure it is legal to accept plants via USPS in your location.

    Our preferred carrier is USPS Priority Mail for live plants.

    The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of the products ordered and your location. Before the final checkout, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be.
