  • Wild Cherry Bark: The star of traditional winter syrups, used for centuries to bring a sense of peace and comfort to the chest.
  • Marshmallow Root: Our favorite "soother." When steeped long, it releases a silky mucilage that acts as a protective, cooling bandage for the throat.
  • Ginger & Licorice Root: A warming, zingy duo that drives circulation and provides a natural, honey-like sweetness to settle the system.

How We Use It

To extract the maximum soothing power from the barks and roots, use 1 tbsp per 8oz of near-boiling water. Steep covered for a full 15 minutes. The longer it steeps, the "thicker" and more protective it becomes.
