How We Use It

To brew tea:
Pour 8 oz boiling water over 1 TBSP of tea. Steep, covered, for 15 minutes. Also makes a clearing and refreshing herbal steam or bath!

Mullein Root Tincture/Extract: We typically consume 2-3 dropperfuls of daily for acute support. One dropperful daily for maintenance.

Cleavers Extract: We typically consume 2-3 dropperfuls of daily for acute support. One dropperful daily for maintenance.
