If your herbs "aren't working"....try this.

If your herbs "aren't working"....try this.

If you’ve ever felt like your herbs "aren't working," it’s probably not the plant—it’s the practice.

The most potent remedy in the world won’t work if it stays in the bottle. But, when you have 1000 things on your mind, it's hard to remember starting that one new thing, and to keep at it... consistently.

The Hack? Habit-Stacking.

Habit stacking is a behavior-change technique that builds new habits by anchoring them to existing routines.
It's my personal hack to stop "trying" to remember and start building a daily practice.

It's so simple - just hitch your daily herbals to something you already do:
  • Morning coffee? Add your tincture while the kettle boils.
  • Bedtime routine? Store your serum on the nightstand.
  • Mid-day dose? Keep your dropper on your desk, in your car, in your gym bag.
  • Stash your regulars where you spend the most time. You should see the tincture collection that sits on my desk!
THE GOAL: Stop trying to "remember" your wellness. Build a practice that happens on autopilot so the plants can do their deep work.

Consistency is the key, especially when working with restorative remedies like Dahlia (metabolic support) or Mullein (lung repair). It's also the key to long term transformation from healing, functional teas and energetic shifts.
