Put your higher self in the driver’s seat and let stress slide away with Lemon Balm Bliss—a slow-brewed, love-infused herbal extract designed to support emotional balance, digestion, and cognitive function. Gentle yet effective, this vibrant elixir is perfect for daily wellness, meditation, or winding down at the end of the day.

Why We Love It:

  • Emotional Balance – Encourages calm, relaxation, and a sense of ease.
  • Digestive Comfort – Traditionally used to soothe digestion and ease discomfort.
  • Cognitive Support – Aids memory, focus, and mental clarity.
  • Versatile & Delicious – Extra-lemony and delightful, perfect in tea, juice, cocktails, or taken straight.

Choosing the Right Form:

  • Tincture (Alcohol-Based): A potent traditional extract for fast absorption.
  • Glycerite (Alcohol-Free): A naturally sweet, gentle option, great for children, teens, and vegans.
  • Elixir (Raw Honey & Alcohol): A smooth, lightly sweetened blend with the added benefits of raw honey.

How It’s Made:

Organically grown, hand-harvested lemon balm is slow-macerated for 8-12 weeks at a potent 1:3 ratio, ensuring the highest quality herbal support in every bottle.

Available in multiple forms and sizes.

    How We Use It

    Shake well before using.

Add 1 full squeeze of the dropper bulb to 2 oz. of water, juice, or tea, 2 to 5 times per day. You can also take the remedy directly under the tongue. Best taken between meals.

Serve in tea, mocktails or other beverages as a mood-boosting elixir at parties, events, or other gatherings. **Contains about as much alcohol as an over-the-counter cough syrup.

    Ingredients

    Notes & Precautions

Lemon balm is mostly safe, with the following considerations:

Avoid lemon balm if you take thyroid medications or have thyroid problems.
If you take any kind of sedative medication, don’t use lemon balm.
As is often the case with many herbs, lemon balm hasn’t been widely studied for use in pregnant women. So to be on the safe side, expectant mothers should avoid it.
