How We Use It

Tea Preparation:
Boil 2 cups of water.
Place 1 heaping tablespoon of dried lemon balm leaves in a tea strainer.
Pour hot water over the tea strainer in a cup.
Cover the cup to retain the herb's volatile oils.
Steep for 10-15 minutes.
Remove the strainer and enjoy. Optionally, add a sweetener or non-dairy milk.
