Flower essences are my most cherished remedy — a pure expression of love from nature. They offer energetic attunement that gently shifts energy, dissolves blockages, and brings you into alignment with your highest self.

A custom flower essence is intuitively crafted to support your unique energy. Your blend may include essences from my personal collection or a new creation made just for you. Each bottle is made in partnership with the flowers, infused with intention, attuned to your unique energy, and ready to walk beside you on your journey.

How it works:

  • After you place your order, I’ll connect with you via email (or phone, if you prefer) to tune into your energy and needs.
  • Your essence will be hand-blended and shipped within 3–5 days, along with a personalized info sheet detailing the flowers chosen and their intentions.
  • Each essence is packaged in a 2 oz amber bottle with dropper, lasting about one to two months.

How We Use It

Typically, people will take 5 drops 3 times per day. These drops can be added to a glass of water, tea, or juice, or simply dropped under the tongue.

For best results, use within 1-year of purchase, and store in a cool, dry place.
