Flower Essences offer vibrational support for any variety of emotional or energetic change we desire - from undesirable traits or blockages to assist us in being more attuned to nature, spirit, and our higher selves. Flower essences help us shift the subtle energy body, transforming negative states into positive and the highest alignment for our greatest good. 

When you purchase a custom flower essence, Leslie will work with you and the plants to intuitively create an essence blend,  uniquely attuned to your energies and needs. Your custom blend may use essences from her personal collection of essences, or she may make a new essence inspired by you. Your essence may incorporate multiple flower, plant, and/or gemstone essences. All of our essences are handmade here at LeeHouse in partnership with the flowers, plants, gems, and Earth.

Consultations are 100% confidential and conducted via email, phone, or video call. Or, simply include a note at checkout about what you’d like to work on and any special requests.  Your custom essence will be crafted in a 1oz bottle, which should last about one month. After reviewing your request, Leslie may also recommend other essences or teas that will assist you in reaching your goal.

How Does It Work?

Purchase the package of your choice and Leslie will contact you via e-mail to confirm your request. Once we connect, your custom flower essence will be created and mailed to you within 2-3 days.

You can choose to have your essence blend created for internal use or to be sprayed as an aura mist. Tincture bottles are 1 fl oz (30 ml) with a glass dropper, and the bottle usually lasts about one month. You will also receive a personalized info sheet detailing the ingredients in your essence and how they apply to your unique situation.

Refills are available for $22.22. A discount code will be provided to you when you place your first order. Then simply include a note at checkout for "refill." We encourage you to contact us at any time with any questions or requests!

    Directions

    Typically, people will take 5 drops 3 times per day. These drops can be added to a glass of water, tea, or juice, or simply dropped under the tongue.

    For best results, use within 1-year of purchase, and store in a cool, dry place.

    Shipping

    We ship orders as soon as possible. In most cases, orders are shipped within 1-3 business days.

    • Pre-order items are shipped within 1-3 business days of the available date provided in the listing.
    • All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm- with the  exception of Live Plants. Read our Live Plant shipping policy here.

    Carriers

    We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

    • USPS - our preferred carrier. Most orders are shipped USPS
    • UPS
    • DHL

    Order Tracking

    When a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

    Shipping Rates

    Our preferred carrier is USPS first class package or retail package rate.

    We may choose an alternate carrier to provide a better shipping price, or for international orders.

    The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of the products ordered and your location. Before the final checkout, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

    Back Orders

    If an item goes on back order we will let you know immedietly. We generally will ship the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

    Returns

    Return Policy

    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    To start a return, you can contact us at leslie@leehouse.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


    Exceptions / non-returnable items
    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


    Exchanges
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
