LeeHouse Live Plant Guarantee and Return Policy

Happy Plant Guarantee: We promise your plant will arrive healthy, happy, and ready to thrive. Sometimes, plants get damaged during shipping. If your plant arrives dead or damaged, we'll replace it as long as you let us know right away. If your specific plant is out of stock, we'll offer a replacement or a refund.

If your plant arrives damaged: 

  1. Snap a photo of the plant and box.
  2. Email us at leslie@leehouse.co with the photo within 5 days.

Plant Not Delivered?

  • Check your order tracking. All plants are shipped Priority Mail and should arrive within 3-4 business days. We only ship plants on  Mondays and Tuesdays.
  • If overdue by 5 days, contact us at leslie@leehouse.co. Note: We can not provide a refund or credit for incorrect delivery info at checkout.

Refunds?

  • We prefer to replace, but we'll consider refunds individually. Let us know the specific in your email.

Returns?

  • We can't accept returns of plants. We're happy to offer suggestions on how to revive a sad plant, or we recommend you compost your plant if it's too far gone.
