How Our Women's Balance Tea Supports...Balance!
Share
Our Women’s Balance Herbal Tea Blend is my everyday cuppa. I started playing with the different herbs in this blend around the same time I started experiencing hot flashes, inflammation, and some other signs that my body is moving into a new era. I know, I'm too young for these symptoms -- and that's my point! Because of my family history, I knew I would need herbal support to help ease the stress of menopause on my body and relieve the acute symptoms, too.
So, I created Women’s Balance. I drink this tea every day. Sometimes I add other herb friends - recently I’ve been loving Gotu Kola (it really helps my brain get in flow state and increases my productivity). I’ll often add different tinctures (like Ashwagandha Root) or flower essences based on whatever I feel I need that day. But these four herbs are the core ingredients.
Women’s Balance is not just for menopause, though. The herbs are supportive for women at any age, helping to tonify the uterus (which can help reduce cramps), provide immune and adrenal support, and dose up a healthy serving of essential vitamins and minerals.
Here is a breakdown of the different herbal allies that make up our Women’s Balance Herbal Tea Blend.
Nettle Leaf
Nettle leaf is a nutrient-dense herb that can be very beneficial for women's health. It is rich in vitamins and minerals, particularly iron, calcium, and magnesium, which can help support healthy bones, muscles, and overall bodily function. Nettle leaf is also believed to have a diuretic effect, which can help reduce bloating and water retention during menstruation. Additionally, nettle leaf has anti-inflammatory properties, which can help reduce pain and inflammation associated with menstrual cramps, arthritis, and other inflammatory conditions.
Red Raspberry Leaf
Raspberry leaf is a herb that has been used for centuries to support women's health. It is rich in vitamins and minerals, including vitamins C, E, and A, as well as iron, calcium, and magnesium. Raspberry leaf is believed to have a toning effect on the uterus, which can help regulate menstrual cycles, reduce menstrual cramps, and prepare the uterus for childbirth. It is also believed to be helpful during pregnancy, as it can help strengthen the uterus and promote a healthy pregnancy.
Tulsi Basil
Tulsi basil, also known as holy basil, is a herb that has been used for thousands of years in Ayurvedic medicine to support overall health and wellbeing. It is believed to have adaptogenic properties, which means it can help the body adapt to stress and promote balance and vitality. Tulsi basil is also known for its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, which can help reduce inflammation and protect against oxidative damage. These benefits can be particularly helpful for women who experience stress, inflammation, or other health concerns related to hormonal imbalances. Additionally, tulsi basil has been shown to have antimicrobial properties, which can help protect against infections and support a healthy immune system.
Astragalus
Astragalus root is a herb that has been used in traditional Chinese medicine for centuries to support overall health and vitality. It is known for its immune-boosting properties, which can help protect against infections and support a healthy immune system. This is particularly beneficial for women, who may be more susceptible to infections due to hormonal fluctuations or other factors. Astragalus root is also believed to have anti-inflammatory properties, which can help reduce inflammation and promote healthy cellular function. This can be particularly helpful for women who suffer from conditions such as endometriosis, arthritis, or other inflammatory conditions, including skin-related inflammation like rosacea. Additionally, astragalus root has been shown to have cardiovascular benefits, which can help support heart health and reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease.
When combined, these herbs create a tea that is rich in nutrients, antioxidants, and anti-inflammatory compounds. Drinking this tea on a regular basis may help support overall health and wellbeing, as well as promote healthy menstrual cycles and reduce inflammation. it also tastes very, very good (if I may).
Since I started drinking Women’s Balance Herbal Tea, I’ve found a significant decrease in those symptoms I mentioned above, and I feel great. Our customers have also reported less painful periods, lighter flows, and overall, just feeling better.
However, as with any herbal supplement, it's important to talk to your healthcare provider before taking this tea, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have any pre-existing medical conditions.
Cheers!
With love,
