Our Spilanthes seedlings are lovingly grown using organic and sustainable farming practices. We use premium non-GMO seeds and our land and greenhouses are free from any pesticides or chemical fertilizers, ensuring that you receive a healthy and vibrant plant.

Spilanthes seedlings are fun and easy to grow, thriving in the ground, containers or pots, and indoor planters (with good lighting). Some Ordering Tips:
*We ship on Mondays via Priority Mail to mitigate exposure to heat or cold that could damage your plant
*Make sure you will be home and able to collect your plant the day it arrives.
*We are not responsible for plants left outside or in a hot mailbox.
*If your live plant arrives damaged, please send a photo and a description of the damage within 3 days via the "Send seller a message" feature in your order history. While we do not accept returns, we do our best to make sure you are happy with your purchase.

Growing Guide

Shipping

Live Plants are shipped to the domestic US only.

  • Live plant orders ship on Mondays via USPS Priority Mail. This ensures your plant will not sit in a hot truck or warehouse over the weekend. Orders for live plants placed after 11pm Sunday may not ship until the following week. Please note shipping estimates before you place your order. 

Before You Order Live Plants

  • Check your weather - we recommend that you do not order during extended cold or hot weather. We can not be responsible for plants that are damaged due to weather.
  • You are responsible for following your state laws re: the shipment of live plants. Please make sure it is legal to accept plants via USPS in your location.

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

  • USPS - our preferred carrier. Most orders are shipped USPS
  • UPS
  • DHL

Order Tracking

When a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

Our preferred carrier is USPS Priority Mail for live plants.

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of the products ordered and your location. Before the final checkout, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will let you know immediately. We generally will ship the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

30 Day Happy Plant Guarantee: We promise your plant will arrive healthy, happy, and ready to thrive. Sometimes, plants get damaged during shipping. If your plant arrives dead or damaged, we'll replace it within 30 days of your order. If your specific plant is out of stock, we'll offer a replacement or a refund.

If your plant arrives damaged: 

  1. Snap a photo of the plant and box.
  2. Email us at support@leehouse.co with the photo within 30 days.

Plant Not Delivered?

  • Check your order tracking. All plants are shipped Priority Mail and should arrive within 3-4 business days. We only ship plants on  Mondays and Tuesdays.
  • If overdue by 5 days, contact us at support@leehouse.co. Note: We can not provide a refund or credit for incorrect delivery info at checkout.

Refunds?

  • We prefer to replace, but we'll consider refunds individually. Let us know the specific in your email.

Returns?

  • We can't accept returns of plants. We're happy to offer suggestions on how to revive a sad plant, or we recommend you compost your plant if it's too far gone.
