For Comfort & Ease: Warm a pea-sized amount between your fingertips. Massage into your lower abdomen and lower back using slow, clockwise circles.

For Systemic Balance: Apply a small amount to your inner ankles (about four finger-widths above the bone). In traditional Eastern maps, this is the meeting point of the three feminine meridians. Applying Triple Moon here allows the botanicals to "speak" to your entire system, encouraging total-body flow.
