Three Perfect Combos for Summer

Over-sweetened juice? Or, how about something different, something delicious, nourishing, refreshing, and uplifting?

Something like…herbal iced teas!

When the heat starts to drain our energy and we crave a revitalizing pick-me-up, that's the perfect moment to turn to herbal iced teas. And the beauty of making your own is that you can craft your brew to include personalized wellness and mood-boosting benefits. Choose your herbs, add a few drops of wellness tinctures or soul-lifting flower essences to suit your intentions, and you’ve got a custom healing refresher that’s good for you!

For inspiration, here are a few of our favorite herbal iced teas and tincture combos. More than thirst-quenchers, these drinks are packed with benefits. They help boost your immune system, reduce stress, improve digestion, and will give you an emotional lift. Plus, they're a fantastic way to stay hydrated and cool during the hot summer months.
